Our mission: To provide quality accommodation and a quality landlord service
Here at Mercia Student Lettings we have over 25 years experience in the rental business. We have been letting to students from 2005, having previously run our own estate agency. We have a variety of different properties all finished to a high standard for our students to enjoy. We strive to look after our students and properties, making the whole rental experience as pain free and enjoyable as possible.
The best thing about Mercia is that we own all of the properties we rent!
As you are communicating with the landlord directly you can be sure to avoid any middlemen such as letting agents. This means we are able to deal with any issues very quickly, which is not always the case when an agent is involved. It also gives you the opportunity and advantage of meeting us before you commit to a property.
We include all bills with all our houses. That is gas, electricity, water, and 100mb Virgin internet as standard.
There is no letting agent fees to pay.
A £400 payment is required as a security deposit, returnable at the end of the tenancy.
Tenancy renewals are processed free of charge.
